Collective Care – Glasgow 2nd & 3rd November 2019

You are welcome to our free gathering that we are hosting on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2019 at Toryglen Community Hall and Urban Roots in Glasgow. You may come for the whole weekend or simply pop in when you can.

The theme of the weekend is ‘Collective Care’. Our goal is to discuss this theme together, offer workshops to provide tools and/or food for thoughts on the matter and experience collective care together.

On the Saturday (10:30am-8pm), we will be hosting various workshops on collective care and plant allies. Also, we will have some quiet spaces with tea tasting, herbal foot baths and bodywork sessions. We are going to organise some children activities as well. Teas and coffees will be provided for as well as a lunch and an evening meal.

On the Sunday (1-4pm) location, we will be sharing a delicious lunch together. We would like that day to be about sharing, talking and enjoying each other’s company.

We are happy to cover bus fares to attend the event.

BSL/English Interpretation will be available for some of the workshops and during the weekend. Please contact us if you would use BSL interpreters.

Do contact us should you have any questions or accessibility issues you’d like to discuss.
