Meadowsweet Organics
Meadowsweet Organics is a 2.5 hectare organic market garden on the Falkland Estate in Fife growing organic vegetables, salads, cut flowers and culinary and medicinal herbs since 2015, which are sold throughout Fife and Edinburgh via farm shops, farmers markets and wholesalers
We grow about an acre of medicinal herbs including echinacea, valerian, lemonbalm, calendula, st johns wort, marshmallow, chamomile and many more!
There is a herb dryer in our polytunnel allowing us to dry herbs on site and store them until needed. Most of these herbs go into our herb tea blends, but many are also available for sale fresh or dried throughout the growing season, just get in touch with Rosy on 07990545654 to discuss your requirements or for a pricelist.
Rosy is currently training as a herbalist and has previous experience of growing and processing herbs.
