I graduated from the Irish School of Herbal Medicine in 2017 where I studied Herbal Medicine, plant based nutrition and Iridology for 4 years including 600 hours of clinical training, although my engagement with Herbal Medicine began long before that.
I also run Meadowsweet Organics farm with my husband David, which we started in 2014. Where we grow organic vegetables, salads, herbs and flowers, as well as 100% local herbal teas.
I offer Herbal medicine consultations at Pillars of Hercules in Falkland, as well as occasional Herbalism workshops, herb walks and talks and I sell herbal products in local shops and from our farmer’s market stall.
I am passionate about using local plants and making my own herbal medicines, so I am gradually filling my herbal dispensary with herbs that I grow and dry myself, tinctures that I make myself as well as the herbal teas and balms that I sell to the public also.
My vision is to open up a herbal clinic/dispensary on our farm where people can learn about the plants they are working with as well as making herbal health accessible to everyone.
