The Edinburgh organising group of the Scottish Radical Herbal Network are delighted to be bringing to your our first ever FundRAVEr this spring.

Raising funds for the Scottish Radical Herbal Gathering through the medium of rave.

Music! Hot on the heels of their ecstatically-received 11-year tour of the Crab Nebula (where they were ably supported by Luther Vandross and Technotronic), the fundRAVEr represents something of a homecoming celebration for DJ double act Original Unit and Quease Master. Expect their usual groaning smorgasbord of indecent bass, eccentric time signatures and baroque instrumentation.

Fun! In keeping with the fundRAVER’s (very) loose Crystal Maze theme, we invite you to dazzle your fellow ravers with your ability to arrive dressed in a manner similar to the great Richard O’Brien. The highest-ranking Richards will then get an opportunity to win an array of deluxe prizes as they scrabble for those elusive golden tickets in the Crystal Dome, where we will once again hear the infamous instruction to “start the fans, please!” (Please be advised that this element of the entertainment will take place before the dancing begins, so arrive promptly if you want to take part!)

Refreshments! There will be toothsome vegan food and all manner of thirst-obliterating beverages in the fundraising food court and bar. All profits will go to the Scottish Radical Herbal Network, so come hungry and thirsty!

Camping! For those needing to be temporarily horizontal, some space is available for the pitching of smaller tents and similar outdoor structures.

Parking! Please car share, if you can and follow signage so as to avoid further disintegrating our relationship with our neighbours.

Bring friends! Please spread the word amongst your favourite friends and acquaintances and encourage them to come, in the strongest possible terms.
